Attend our 30minute Insanity Classes to prepare you for this camp. Dig Deeper and Push Harder. With Camp Insanity we complete a full 60 minute workout designed to be challenging yet rewarding to complete.

This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and mental tolerance while creating lean muscle, shredding fat, and re-sculpting your body from top to bottom.
This is a program designed to embrace ALL fitness levels. That's the unique thing about the group fitness program, you train with a team of participants meeting up to motivate and encourage you along the way, and you have the guidance of a Certified INSANITY Instructor to help you modify and get thru your workout!
Just like the home program you'll begin with a fit test so that you can log and track your progress. In this class YOU ARE YOUR OWN COMPETITION. So if at first you don't do as well as you'd hoped, log it, dust yourself off and try again!
The additional 30min of class can be a HotMIX, outdoor workout, or dismissed all together. Arrive ready for a challenge,
Don't be alarmed if you show up to one of our classes and get two classes in one hour! It's just our way of giving you more. HotMIX Classes can be a combination of multiple instructors, or multiple fitness formats. Join the Fun! Drop In Group Fitness Classes are $5 and Fit Camps are $8 for non-members unless otherwise posted.

About Our Fit Camps
CLASS NOTES: Camp Includes a mixture of themed programs such as boxing, kick, aerobics, strength, toning, low-impact cardio and apparatus training. Drop-ins welcome but consistency achieves results. Be prepared to fill out assessment for goalpower tracking.
Camp Sweaxy is provided by Mo of MoKNOWSFitness. In this fit camp, members workout as a small fit camp under the direct monitoring of a certified Master Trainer.
Mo completes her class with goal monitoring and educational tips on everything from nutrition to workout tips and more.
