The HotMIX is a class that integrates the hottest mix of music, fitness formats, and dance to give you a total body burn-out. Class is designed to elevate your heart rate, test your endurance, get you pumped up, pushin' up,  and shakin' what your mama gave you.

Piloxing Is:


A CARDIO FUSION OF STANDING PILATES, BOXING AND DANCE
THAT WILL PUSH YOU PAST YOUR LIMITS FOR A SLEEK, SEXY, POWERFUL™ YOU!

PILOXING® cardio fusion incorporates cutting edge research and fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina.

The program uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates. These techniques are also supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Add to that exhilarating dance moves and you have a muscle-toning, fat-burning workout that will make you feel physically and mentally empowered!
Zumba Is:

A Zumba® workout is a dance-based fitness program that mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and salsaton.

It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. Zumba® has an array of programs designed for for every age, capability and participation level.Get loose and let's party!

Class Notes: Be sure to wear shoes with good support and traction.Hip jingle skirts are optional. Sweat towel and bottled water recommended. 
 Bokwa®

Bokwa Is:
​An energizing and addictive nonstop cardio workout where participants draw letters and numbers with their feet. Because Bokwa® steps are structured and based on the forms of letters, numbers, and shapes, and directions, there is No Choreography in any class. Participants look for hand signals to guide them on what to do next. You choose the impact, intensity and flavor of your workout. Once you learn a move, it will never change no matter where you take your next class, you just add your own flavor to it! No dance skills required. If you can move you can Bokwa!

Soul Line Dance Is:

Soul Line Dancing is the newest social craze. No matter what event you’re at, you believe there is a line dance for that! Get Up & Groove With US!!
ChicBoxin "Kick Box":

This cardio kickbox fusion is your ultimate total body workout. It’s choreography is designed to challenge all fitness levels while keeping you enthused and focused on targeted results.  You’ll get a marriage of plyometric, and calisthenics in short bursts of power driven intervals.  Leg and hand weights optional but not required.
Ole Skool Retro Cardio
