A CARDIO FUSION OF STANDING PILATES, BOXING AND DANCE THAT WILL PUSH YOU PAST YOUR LIMITS FOR A SLEEK, SEXY, POWERFUL™ YOU!

The program uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates. These techniques are also supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Add to that exhilarating dance moves and you have a muscle-toning, fat-burning workout that will make you feel physically and mentally empowered!

Class Notes: Class be taken barefoot or with shoes. Weighted Gloves are optional. Sweat Towel & Bottled Water.
Zumba Is:

A Zumba® workout is a dance-based fitness program that mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and salsaton.

It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. Zumba® has an array of programs designed for for every age, capability and participation level.Get loose and let's party!

Cut Up Cardio Is: 

No need to choose between cardio and strength training. Leave it up to our instructors and they'll give you the best of both worlds. It’s time to get ripped! This class is designed to give you a bit more strength training and targeted exercises, and some good ol’ cardo. This is the perfect class to shred, tighten and tone; a great addition to every workout regiment. 



Bokwa Is:
An energizing and addictive nonstop cardio workout where participants draw letters and numbers with their feet. Because Bokwa® steps are structured and based on the forms of letters, numbers, and shapes, and directions, there is No Choreography in any class. Participants look for hand signals to guide them on what to do next. You choose the impact, intensity and flavor of your workout. Once you learn a move, it will never change no matter where you take your next class, you just add your own flavor to it! No dance skills required. If you can move you can Bokwa!

Soul Line Dance Is:

Soul Line Dancing is the newest social craze. No matter what event you’re at, you believe there is a line dance for that! Club 130 "The HotMIX" is:

Uh oh! It's time for bring your heart rate up with the bumpin' and thumpin' of Club 130s Cardio Fitness Party!


This class incorporates dance fitness, body work and, and various genres of music, fitness formats and dance all sup'd up to 130 beats per minute for the ultimate workout!!! 

Got a goal in mind? Good, because this class will definitely elevate your heart rate, test your endurance, and shakin' what yo' mama gave you!!! This one class you definitely want to bring your sweat towel!!!!!
